Salary: 105,000–120,000 USD
Bonus potential up to 35,000 USD

The Sr. Director of Dining Services oversees day‑to‑day food service operations, manages a team of employees, maintains client relationships, drives profitability, and fosters talent development. This position is located in Charlotte, NC and requires living in the area.

• Operate the department within the approved budget, maximizing value for clients.
• Ensure food quality meets superior standards.
• Direct safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs.
• Maintain excellent relationships with clients and community departments.
• Promote professional growth and development of the team.
• Integrate the dining service department with the facility's operations plan.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years proven leadership experience.
• Two to four years of direct food service operational management with inventory and purchasing knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of food and catering trends, quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation.
• Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract‑managed service experience (desirable).
• Serv Safe® certification is a plus.
