- Bachelors degree in marketing or health care administration preferred
- DHCS Training and exam as a marketing representative within 30 days of hire
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a sales and Marketing
- Minimum of one (1) year in a Healthcare or Senior Care setting (within service area preferred, outside sales experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of the senior Health Care Industry and its trends and challenges.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Marketing Software, such as CRM and email marketing platforms, Salesforce, Athena, etc.
- Must be US Citizen or Authorized to Work in the United States
- Community Engagement:
Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage diverse communities in health programs and services. - Information Dissemination:
Create and distribute educational materials and resources that effectively communicate health information to target populations. - Data Collection and Reporting:
Monitor and evaluate outreach activities, collecting data to assess the impact and effectiveness of programs. Prepare regular reports to inform stakeholders of outreach progress and community health trends. - Advocacy and Support:
Serve as an advocate for community health needs by representing the organization in community meetings and public forums. Assist individuals in navigating healthcare services and connecting them with appropriate resources.
As the Healthcare Sales Specialist – Senior Healthcare & Health Services you will play a crucial role in advancing the mission of the organization by fostering relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and the public. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing outreach strategies to promote our healthcare services to potential clients and partners.
Your role will help to expand our reach and help us achieve our mission of improving health outcomes for all. This position requires a strong understanding of the senior health care industry and proven experience in sales and marketing.
In this position you will utilize strategic communication and engagement techniques to raise awareness of health initiatives and ensure equitable access to healthcare services. This is accomplished by developing and building relationships and generating quality participant referrals that lead to enrollment.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic outreach and marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and ultimately drive sales.
This position is dedicated to promoting health education, resources, and services in alignment with the organization commitment to improving community health outcomes. Identify and establish relationships with key referral sources, including hospitals, senior living communities, senior centers and other healthcare providers. Establish and maintain best-in-class relationships with community leaders and partners including assisted living facilities, food banks, churches, and other community-based organizations.
The Healthcare Sales Specialist – Senior Healthcare & Health Services is a member of our Marketing, Outreach, & Enrollment team and is the owner and driver accountable for successful enrollment of prospective participants into our program. You will collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials and campaigns that effectively communicate our services and value proposition. Continuously evaluate and improve outreach strategies to increase effectiveness and reach new audiences - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to inform outreach strategies and messaging.
You will track and report on outreach activities and results to management - Develop and implement monthly marketing plans to achieve monthly enrollment goals. Monitor and report on sales and marketing metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.
