What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve objectives and grow market share for Peripheral Vascular products
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and medical staff to drive therapy adoption
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activity to inform sales strategies
  • Educate customers on product features and resolve any inquiries or complaints
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets and enhance customer service
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 12+ years of experience, OR Associate’s Degree AND 10+ years of experience, OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 8+ years of experience in relevant fields
  • Experience in sales, clinical, or related areas within medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and developing accounts
  • Ability to travel extensively by car and plane for business purposes
  • Strong understanding of hospital and physician office protocols
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • 8+ years of B2B or healthcare sales experience with at least 6 years in medical device or capital equipment sales
  • Degree in biological science or business
  • Experience in operating room environments
  • Demonstrated ability to educate medical personnel and peers effectively
  • Recognition such as President’s Club winner for top performance
