– Draw quality blood samples from patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations – Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures – Maintain accurate records and documentation of all specimens and patient interactions – Explain procedures to patients to create an atmosphere of trust and confidence – Demonstrate professionalism and adherence to safety protocols in a clinical environment – Perform phlebotomy duties with confidence, ensuring error-free work in a fast-paced setting – Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment for staff and patients – Assist with additional duties related to specimen collection and patient service as directed

– Proficiency in phlebotomy, including pediatric and geriatric blood draws – Strong attention to detail and accuracy in specimen collection and documentation – Ability to work independently with minimal supervision – Excellent customer service and communication skills – Capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment – Keyboard and data entry skills for processing patient information

High school diploma or equivalent required – Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in California, Nevada, and Washington) – Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred – Minimum of 6 months of phlebotomy experience required; over one year preferred – Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, on-call shifts, and overtime, including Saturday rotations – Ability to provide error-free work while maintaining confidentiality and process excellence
