Position DetailsBecome part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team serving patients in pre- and post‑cardiac transplant care. The role blends inpatient critical care and outpatient follow-up, providing a long‑term impact on patients with complex cardiac needs.
CompensationSalary starts at $70,000, negotiable based on experience.
$2,500 sign‑on bonus + $5,000 relocation allowance. Annual coverage of CDR, AND and ASPEN dues.

Make a real impact as a Clinical Dietitian. Provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and education for cardiac transplant patients, working with a collaborative team to enhance patient outcomes through evidence‑based nutrition care.
What You’ll Do- Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients in a designated specialty area to promote recovery and improve health outcomes.
- Educate patients, families, staff, and the community on nutrition and lifestyle strategies for sustainable long‑term wellness.
- Apply the latest research in alignment with diet manuals, company policies, and facility protocols to ensure high‑quality, consistent care.
- Contribute to Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement initiatives aimed at advancing patient care and clinical excellence.
- Partner with food service management to help achieve patient satisfaction and service goals.
- Support the growth of staff and dietetic interns through education and training.
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam‑eligible.
- Licensed or willing to obtain a licensure in the state of practice.
- Specialty certification when required.
- Two years of work experience in specialty preferred.
