Our client is seeking a hands‑on HR Specialist to support a team of ~30 employees and serve as their go‑to HR resource. This role handles HR “soup to nuts,” including employee relations, recruiting support, benefits administration, LMS management, and leadership training.
What you’ll do:- Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions and HR guidance
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and benefits administration
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and track training compliance
- Coordinate leadership development and create training materials (PowerPoint, presentations)
- Ensure HR compliance and maintain accurate employee records
- 3+ years of HR experience in a generalist or specialist role
- Strong knowledge of California employment practices
- Experience with LMS platforms and employee training
- Leaves Management
- Highly organized, service‑oriented, and comfortable wearing multiple hats
