A Taste of What You'll Do

Join a team that plays a critical role in maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of employee data across a complex and dynamic organization. In this role, you will serve as a trusted resource for HR Business Partners, Industrial Relations representatives, Time Administrators, employees, and Centers of Excellence by providing exceptional customer service and expert support for employee data transactions.

You will manage and process a wide variety of employee data changes across multiple pay groups, entities, states, union and non-union populations, and international employee groups. Working with highly confidential information, you will ensure personnel transactions are completed accurately, timely, and in compliance with collective bargaining agreements, federal and state regulations, and company policies.

This position offers the opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Retirement Plans, and HRIS teams to resolve data issues, support audits, participate in system testing, and drive continuous process improvements. You will also help maintain critical compliance programs including Form I-9, E-Verify, labor law postings, verification of employment requests, and personnel records management.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of administrative support experience to include Human Resources reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 5 years of administrative support to include Human Resources reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Discretion required in dealing with confidential information.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Skilled in the use of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook at a basic level.
  • Skilled in reading, comprehending, interpreting and executing simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
  • Skilled in writing routine reports and correspondence.
  • Skilled in adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing using whole numbers.
  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
  • Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

How You'll Stand Out

  • Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of administrative support experience to include Human Resources reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • 1 year of Gallo People Operations Tech experience.
  • Human resources data management experience using ADP or similar systems.
  • Experience using Lean tools and methodology.
