Attorney

Brunn & Flynn, an AV-rated law firm, has served clients in Northern California for more than sixty years. The successful candidate will serve new and long-standing clients in most areas of civil law. We are actively recruiting an attorney with experience ranging from new admittees to five years of experience in the Stanislaus County area. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a commitment to providing the highest standard of legal representation.

• Represent clients in all phases of civil trial work, including discovery and trial.
• Draft legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, and motions.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Make court appearances, take and defend depositions.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and admission to the California State Bar required.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented with great organizational skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Two to five years of experience.
