What are you going to do?In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring a seamless and compliant returns process across EMEA, helping deliver a premium consumer experience. You will:
- Process incoming return requests from wholesale and partner accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Nike policies
- Coordinate return flows with logistics partners, warehouses, and carriers to ensure timely product movement and crediting
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies by collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders across Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales
- Monitor partner adherence to Nike Returns policies and provide clear feedback and guidance where needed
- Track performance against KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure consistent execution
- Analyze returns data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process improvement
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reverse logistics efficiency and elevate service levels

- Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations, ideally within returns or reverse logistics processes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues, interpret data, and drive improvements
- Experience working in a cross‑functional, fast‑paced environment with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain processes and resolve issues
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience working with KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs) in a performance‑driven environment
- Systems proficiency or willingness to learn tools such as SAP, Excel, or similar supply chain systems
