Kingspan Insulated Panels North America is seeking a Maintenance Manager at our Modesto, CA facility to lead maintenance operations, ensure safety and equipment reliability, and drive continuous improvement. You will manage a team of supervisors and technicians, coordinate PM/PdM programs, and align maintenance activities with production goals while controlling costs.
The role requires a four-year degree or equivalent experience, strong mechanical/electrical knowledge, and leadership ability.
