Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic, highly skilled and driven Warehouse Manager to join our rapidly growing team. This is a unique opportunity to join a leading manufacturing company, where you will play a pivotal role in managing our warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our warehouse, including inventory management, shipping, and receiving, and ensuring the seamless operation of our logistics and supply chain.

Responsibilities

Overseeing and managing all warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping, and receiving.

Implementing and maintaining best practices for warehouse operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.

Managing and coordinating with various shipping carriers including UPS, Fed Ex, and USPS to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.

Utilizing warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software to maintain accurate inventory levels and records.

Coordinating international shipments and handling all related export and freight logistics.

Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to warehouse operations and shipment of goods.

Developing and implementing strategies for improving inventory accuracy and reducing losses.

Managing and leading a team of warehouse staff, providing training and guidance as needed.

Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

Proven experience with export, freight, consumer goods, international shipment, and logistics management.

Extensive knowledge and experience with WMS, inventory software, UPS, Fed Ex, USPS, and other relevant systems and tools.

Experience in the apparel industry is a plus.

Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues promptly and effectively.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
