Experienced PCA CCA Farm Manager

A large and reputable California farming operation is looking to hire an Experienced PCA CCA Farm Manager
. This position offers a competitive compensation package, a company vehicle, health insurance, bonuses, 401k and more. The company has a low turnover rate and offers room for advancement and growth.

• Directly supervise and coordinate the operations necessary for crop production, including but not limited to tillage, maintenance, planting, cultivating, harvest, etc.
• Help manage the scheduling of fertilizer applications, irrigation, and chemical applications
• Consistently communicate about farm activities, challenges, and management decisions
• Support innovation of farm practices
• Ensure proper safety procedures for personnel and equipment are always followed

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in agriculture and farm management
• A bachelor’s degree or higher in an agricultural related field
• Must have a current CCA and PCA
• Vast knowledge of crop production
• Proven leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
• Self-motivated, ability to work independently and with a team
• Candidates must currently reside in the region and have a valid U.S. driver’s license
