Job OverviewWe are seeking disciplined, reliable, and professional individuals to serve as Crisis Environmental Risk Management Specialists. The role involves restoring safe, habitable environments following traumatic and hazardous events and requires operating in high‑risk conditions while maintaining strict safety and documentation standards.
ResponsibilitiesPerform biohazard remediation in environments involving unattended deaths, trauma scenes, hoarding conditions, human and animal waste contamination, and infectious disease exposure.
Execute our 6‑Step Bioremediation Forensic Cleaning Process.
Utilize personal protective equipment including respirators, Tyvek suits, air scrubbers, HEPA vacuum systems, fogging and electrostatic application tools.
Maintain detailed documentation, including photos, safety logs, ensuring compliance and sanitation standards.
Assist with vehicle readiness, equipment maintenance, and warehouse organization.
Represent the company with professionalism, discretion, and empathy.
QualificationsAbility to work in biohazard and contaminated environments under physically demanding conditions while wearing full PPE for extended periods.
Capable of lifting 50–60 pounds.
Strong communication, problem‑solving skills, and accountability.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Must reside within one hour of Modesto, California.
Construction, demolition, restoration, or related labor field experience preferred.
Military, law enforcement, or first responder background strongly encouraged.
CompensationStarting pay at $20 per hour, up to $25 per hour based on experience. Part‑time scheduling with opportunities for advancement.
