Supervisor, Environmental Services

Supervises day-to-day Environmental Services operations. Ensures assigned buildings and work areas are maintained in a safe, clean, and operationally effective condition. This role oversees staff schedules, timekeeping, daily rounds, supplies, service recovery, issue resolution, productivity, and adherence to standards and regulations. Responsibilities include coaching staff, supporting hiring and performance management processes, and maintaining training and competency expectations. Coordinates with other departments and identifies workflow gaps.

Implements standard work or process improvements. Monitors labor utilization and expenses. Escalates complex concerns. Supports emergency response as needed and may assist the team during peak periods.
