A Taste of What You'll Do

At GALLO, we craft more than wine — we build teams where every person belongs and every contribution matters. We're seeking an Operations Manager who is ready to take ownership, inspire others, and make a measurable impact on one of the world's most iconic beverage companies. Whether your background is in cellar operations, bottling, or warehousing, if you lead with purpose and passion, we want to meet you.

In this role, you'll hold 24-hour accountability for your assigned area — overseeing the safe, efficient, and cost-effective production or storage of finished goods, wine, and materials. You'll develop and execute a departmental business plan, manage performance across safety, quality, service, and cost, and ensure your team operates in full compliance with company policies, labor agreements, and regulatory requirements. From implementing sanitation and security programs to maintaining accurate production documentation, you'll be the driving force behind operational excellence.

You’ll also think beyond today — recommending capital investments, leading facility improvements, managing budgets, and collaborating cross-functionally to continuously raise the bar. Partnering with Human Resources on labor strategies and grievance resolution, you'll help foster a workplace where communication is clear, expectations are fair, and every employee is set up to grow. You'll identify talent, build capabilities, and ensure industry best practices are embedded into everything your team does.
