Regional Operations Manager

Lead and develop Driver Managers, Dispatchers, Administrative teams, Drivers, and Dock personnel across multiple terminals
Own operational and financial performance, including P&L, of the assigned region
Drive KPIs including on-time delivery, scanning efficiency, customer satisfaction, and operational productivity
Build customer partnerships through business reviews, dealership visits, and performance discussions
Identify operational challenges, develop action plans, and improve underperforming locations
Partner with Safety, Maintenance, HR, Recruiting, and Payroll
Reduce operating costs through labor management, fuel optimization, and process improvements
Ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, company safety policies, and maintenance standards
Coach and mentor leadership teams through EOS L10 meetings, quarterly Rocks, and continuous development
Promote effective use of McLeod, Samsara, Tenstreet, customer portals, and other operational technologies
Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop talent aligned with TCI's Core Values
Travel throughout the assigned region, up to 50%, to support operations and customers

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in transportation, logistics, or fleet operations
• Proven experience managing multiple locations, departments, or operational teams
• P&L management and budget oversight experience
• Knowledge of DOT, FMCSA, and transportation safety regulations
• Ability to improve operational performance through data-driven decision making
• Leadership, coaching, and team development skills
• Customer relationship management and communication abilities
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and transportation management systems
• Ability to prioritize and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
• Willingness to respond to operational needs outside normal business hours when necessary

Demonstrates strong leadership and operational management capabilities, with a focus on P&L oversight, compliance with DOT and FMCSA regulations, and the ability to drive performance improvements through data-driven decision making. Proficient in developing talent and fostering customer relationships while utilizing transportation management systems effectively.
