What You'll Need- Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of Corporate training experience that includes delivering educational content and corporate training programs reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 7 years of Corporate training experience that includes delivering educational content and corporate training reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
- Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
- Strong in-person and virtual facilitation skills.
- Experience effectively presenting information and responding to questions from the audience
- Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery.
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) at an intermediate level.
- Required to lift and move materials that can weigh up to 50lbs.
- Required to be 21 years of age or older.
- Required to work flexible hours to include evenings and weekends.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
- Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of Corporate training experience that includes delivering educational content and corporate training programs reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 9 years of Corporate training experience that includes delivering educational content and corporate training reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
- Certified in delivery of best-in-class training (e.g., IVES, TWI, Langevin) to deliver training; previous leadership experience; experienced in using virtual training platforms such as MS Teams, Zoom, Webex or Adobe Presenter.
- Skilled in quickly grasping and understanding new information; skilled in reading, analyzing, and interpreting general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations.
- Experience working in the Glass Manufacturing industry and possesses basic knowledge of Glass Manufacturing products.
