Production Planner

Wild Fox Foods is on a mission to outfox the snack aisle—and we’re looking for a Production Planner who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves building systems from the ground up, and wants real ownership in scaling a disruptive BFY food brand (real ownership = shares in the company).

• Own inventory management across finished goods, ingredients, and packaging
• Lead monthly cycle counts and reconcile variances
• Forecast production needs to support rapid growth and new launches

• Plan, coordinate, and schedule production runs with contract manufacturers
• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for co-man partners
• Provide onsite oversight during production runs as needed to ensure quality, efficiency, and adherence to specifications

• Schedule outbound shipments via third-party carriers
• Track shipments from pickup through final delivery
• Proactively troubleshoot delays, shortages, or logistics issues
• Source and purchase ingredients and packaging materials
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with suppliers
• Monitor lead times, pricing, and availability to ensure uninterrupted supply

• Minimum 5 years of production planning experience, ideally in food, CPG, or consumer packaged goods
• Hands-on experience working with contract manufacturers
• Strong understanding of inventory control, forecasting, and supply chain fundamentals
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Proactive problem-solver who stays calm under pressure
• Comfortable working in a startup environment where priorities move fast
• Clear communicator who can collaborate cross-functionally
