We are an Apparel Manufacturing company looking for an Inventory Manager to join our growing team! Salary: $115,000 - $130,000 per year. This is a permanent position. This Jobot job is hosted by:

Responsibilities
  • Overseeing and managing the entire inventory control process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at all times.
  • Developing and implementing inventory control procedures and best practices.
  • Using forecasting tools and methodologies to predict future inventory needs.
  • Collaborating with the production and sales teams to align inventory levels with production schedules and sales forecasts.
  • Conducting regular inventory audits and providing detailed reports on inventory levels, discrepancies, and adjustments.
  • Identifying and addressing any issues or discrepancies in the inventory control process.
  • Providing leadership and guidance to the inventory control team, ensuring they are properly trained and motivated.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Working closely with other departments to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste.
  • Continuously seeking ways to improve the inventory control process and increase efficiency.
  • Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory control or a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
  • Extensive experience with forecasting, apparel, footwear, and supply chain management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with inventory management software and other relevant technology.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive approach to work, with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues before they arise.
