Position Title:

Production Associate

Pay Rate: $20.00/hr. up to $25.60/hr.

Category/Shift: Hourly - Full-Time. Could be assigned to any shift:

  Shift: 7:00 a.m.
  
  - 3:00 p.m.
• Swing
  
  Shift: 3:00 p.m.
  
  - 11:00 p.m.
• Graveyard
  
  Shift: 11:00 p.m.
  
  - 7:00 a.m.

Must be able to work overtime and weekends.

• Perform all tasks safely in accordance with company rules and facility guidelines.
• Reading factory orders.
• Accurately reading gauges and other test equipment.
• Utilizing basic shop math.
• Accurately completing quality and administrative documents and following directions.
• Perform cleaning functions such as blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, as well as picking up and shredding scrap.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

• Ability to work with a safety-first mindset and actively participate in the IP Safety Culture.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous work in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
• Able to read, write, and speak English.
• Able to perform physical, hands-on tasks in various departments.
• Able to work any shift, overtime, weekends as needed.
• Willingness to learn production processes.
• Able to work in a team setting with a fast-paced environment.
• Organizational skills, basic math, comprehension skills, and safety observations.
• Able to effectively communicate with the team, production supervisors, and maintenance crew.
