Pay is $30.34 per hour, with pay increases every 6 months. Shift differentials available. Work 4 days on, 4 days off, 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM OR Monday through Friday, 2nd 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm or 3rd shift 11:00 to 6:30 am.

• Troubleshooting Equipment and Tooling
• Performing Preventative Maintenance
• Repairing Or Replacing Worn Parts

• Diagnose and repair mechanical systems to ensure smooth production line operations.
• Operate and maintain industrial can making machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Use precision measuring tools like calipers and micrometers to work within tolerances of .0010.
• Monitor product quality and production efficiency to ensure smooth operation.
• Utilize mechanical manuals and diagrams to learn and troubleshoot new components.
• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently when needed.
• Contribute improvement ideas for the work area, safety, quality, cost control, and productivity.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalency.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Willingness to operate and maintain Silgan's can lines by performing and documenting quality checks.
