The Details:

• Pay: $23.48 per hour
• Shifts:
  
  Be open to any shift! We operate across three shifts:
• 1st: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
• 2nd: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 3rd: 11:00 PM – 6:30 AM

What You'll Do:

• Support Production:
  Assist with product sorting and quality inspections (HFI).
• Maintain Excellence:
  Keep our facility safe and efficient through various clean-up tasks.
• Team Support:
  Tackle other duties as assigned by the management team.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Safety & Teamwork:
  You prioritize a safe work environment, consistently wear all required PPE, and bring a positive, "can-do" attitude to the floor.

  Ability to read/comprehend directions and communicate effectively in English.
• Math Savvy:
  Comfortable with basic math, including decimals and fractions.
• Reliability:
  You are ready to work hard and stay active in a high-energy, fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Punctuality is Key:
  We rely on our team to keep production moving. We need candidates who are highly dependable, arrive on time for every shift, and maintain an excellent attendance record.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Physical Ability:
  Comfortable pushing, pulling, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 30 lbs. regularly.
• Screening:
  Must successfully pass a background check, physical exam, and drug screening.
