Plastic Pipe Extrusion Supervisor/Lead

Pride Staff is looking for an experienced Plastic Pipe Extrusion Supervisor/Lead in Modesto, CA. Responsibilities include the following:

• Run the extrusion floor for your shift.
• Direct 3–8 operators, manage the run schedule to hit output and scrap targets, lead difficult setups and changeovers, and troubleshoot process problems before they cost us product.
• Approve first articles, enforce quality and safety procedures, train new operators, and hand off cleanly between shifts.
• Perform other duties as needed

Qualifications include the following:

• 4+ years in plastic extrusion with 1–2 years leading others;
• PVC pipe experience strongly preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 50+ pounds
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to show proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Schedule:

Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (May vary) Pay range varies DOE: $30-$50/HR
