As a Maintenance Supervisor in Modesto, CA, you will play a critical leadership role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and performance of our manufacturing operations.

Reporting to the Maintenance & Engineering Manager, you will lead maintenance personnel, drive preventative maintenance initiatives, and partner with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime and optimize operational efficiency. Your leadership will help ensure the site continues to deliver exceptional service and high-quality products to our customers across the globe.

Job Functions
  • Lead and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure plant equipment operates safely, reliably, and efficiently while meeting production and quality requirements.
  • Prioritize and manage maintenance work orders, establish work standards, and ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
  • Implement and oversee preventative maintenance programs for critical manufacturing equipment.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and site leadership teams to minimize downtime and drive operational excellence.
  • Support capital projects through planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring strong communication and stakeholder alignment.
  • Champion safety, food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, including adherence to OSHA, FDA, SQF, HACCP, and GMP standards.
  • Coach and develop maintenance team members while fostering a respectful, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.
Qualifications & Experience
  • High School Diploma required;
    Associate degree in a technical or related discipline preferred.
  • 5 years of extensive experience in industrial maintenance leadership within a manufacturing environment.
  • 3 years of industrial electrical systems, OSHA requirements, automation technologies, PLC programming, and process controls.
  • Experience implementing preventative maintenance strategies and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD documentation.
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, problem‑solving, and team development skills.
  • SQF certification and forklift certification, or ability to obtain and maintain required certifications.

Salary & Benefits

The expected salary range for this role is 100-103k annually but specific employee compensation may vary depending on factors including experience, education, training, licensure, certification, location, and other job‑related, non‑discriminatory factors permitted by law.
