Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Identification & Strategic Acquisition (Singapore Focus)

Proactive Scouting:
Identify, evaluate, and recruit high-potential Singapore-based affiliate partners—ranging from niche micro-influencers to established content creators—across key platforms dominating the SG market (Instagram, Telegram/Whatapp deal channels, and You Tube).
Compelling Outreach:
Design and execute personalized, multi-touch outreach campaigns tailored to Singaporean creators, effectively communicating the Laz Affiliate value proposition and converting prospects into committed partners.

2. Onboarding & Partner Incubation

Seamless Remote Onboarding:
Guide new Singaporean partners through a structured virtual onboarding journey, ensuring a friction-free first experience with the Lazada SG platform, tracking tools, and payment setups.
Incubation & Training:
Serve as the primary point of contact during the critical first 90 days via video calls and messaging apps. Provide localized resources, best practices, and strategic advice to help new affiliates achieve early conversion wins.

3. Key Account Management & Relationship Building

Portfolio Management:
Act as the dedicated relationship manager for a curated portfolio of high-value Singapore affiliate partners, fostering loyalty and sustained engagement despite geographical distance.
Campaign Alignment:
Conduct regular strategic check-ins aligned to Singapore Time (SGT) to map partner content calendars against Lazada SG's mega-campaigns and mutual revenue targets.

4. Performance Optimization & Data-Driven Growth

Data Analysis:
Utilize internal analytics dashboards and BI tools to monitor SG partner KPIs (GMV in SGD, Conversion Rate, Click-Through Rate, ROI), translating raw data into actionable growth strategies tailored to SG purchasing power and trends.
Strategic Advisory:
Proactively advise partners on content optimization, audience targeting, and promotional mechanics relevant to Singaporean consumers to boost conversion rates and maximize their earnings.

Job Requirements Requirements & Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:

2-4 years of proven experience in affiliate marketing, influencer management, or partner success within e-commerce.
Tech & AI Proficiency:
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools into daily workflows (e.g., AI-assisted email personalization at scale, automated reporting, cross-border trend analysis).
- Comfortable rapidly adopting new marketing automation technologies and CRM platforms to manage remote pipelines efficiently.
Communication & Cultural Fluency:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build rapport, negotiate, and influence Singaporean stakeholders remotely. Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage given its prevalence in SG's creator community.

Skills:

Meticulous attention to detail, capable of managing large volumes of partner data, cross-border compliance requirements, and concurrent onboarding processes.
