Salary Range: $35.00 to $40.00 hourly.
Sierra Vista Post‑Acute is a 120‑bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation community dedicated to helping residents recover, rebuild, and regain independence. Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians.
- Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and medical histories of patients accurately.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Assist physicians and registered nurses during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
- Perform routine procedures such as wound dressing changes, catheterizations, and tracheostomy care.
- Monitor and document patients’ progress, reactions to medications, and overall conditions.
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication regimens, and post‑treatment care.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a high standard of hygiene.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Newly graduated or newly passers are welcome.
Experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN).
A current California license as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) is required.
