Advanced Practice Provider/Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Pain Management (New graduates are welcome to apply)
Location: Visalia, CA
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Schedule: Monday - Friday (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
Position OverviewWe are seeking compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioners (NPs) to join our growing Pain Management team. In this outpatient role, you will work collaboratively with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care.
New graduates are encouraged to apply! Candidates must have an active DEA
, NPI
, and be ready to begin the credentialing process.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and physical examinations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and families on pain management and treatment options.
- Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Prescribe medications within your scope of practice and state regulations.
Required
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license
- Active DEA
- Active NPI
- Ready to begin credentialing
- Adults (18+ years)
- Approximately 35 patients per day
