Registered Nurse – ICU

$2436.00/week –

Job Summary:

The ICU Registered Nurse provides specialized nursing care to critically ill patients in the intensive care unit. They assess patient conditions, implement treatment plans, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess critically ill patients’ conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Deliver direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions and post-discharge care.
• Coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely interventions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment responses.
• Adhere to hospital policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements to ensure patient safety.

Qualifications:

• Valid CA RN licensure uploaded within the last 2 weeks.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications current within 180 days of hire.
• TNCC certification within 180 days of hire.
• NIHSS certification within 90 days of hire.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in ICU or critical care settings.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
