American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position in Modesto, CA, requiring an active CA RN license and at least one year of recent L&D experience.

• 13-week travel nursing contract in a hospital Labor & Delivery unit
• Day shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (12-hour shifts)
• 36 hours per week
• Epic EMR used at this facility

• Active CA RN license required; license must be active at time of consideration — pending licenses not accepted
• Current certifications required: BLS and Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
• Minimum 1 year of recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent L&D experience required
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program required
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field preferred
• 5+ years of recent L&D experience (within the last 2 years) preferred
• 1 year of high-risk OB/L&D experience within the last 2 years preferred
• Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration

• Local candidates are accepted; local and travel pay rates are the same
• Per Kaiser Permanente's HR Tenure Policy, contingent workers may not exceed two years of total assignment time without a minimum 90-day break, regardless of whether the work was continuous or involved multiple assignments with lapses of less than three months
