Description:
Required qualifications include a graduate of an accredited nursing program. Recent experience in Labor and Delivery is critical. A bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field is preferred. Five or more years of recent experience in Labor and Delivery is preferred. One year of high-risk labor and delivery experience within the last two years is desired. High-risk OB experience is preferred.
This position requires the ability to provide compassionate care in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential. Candidates must demonstrate sound clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities. Commitment to continuing education and professional development is encouraged. This role plays a vital part in ensuring safe and effective care for mothers and newborns.
