Travel RN - GI​/Endoscopy

American Traveler is hiring an Endoscopy RN with CA licensure for a day-shift assignment that includes weekday and weekend call requirements.

• Active CA RN license required
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required (AHA or ARC)
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience required
• Nursys license report uploaded within the last 2 weeks with valid CA license
• 2 supervisor references obtained within the past year
• 7-year work history verification required for all candidates

• Endoscopy department setting
• Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts (6:45 AM-3:15 PM)
• Call requirement includes 1-2 weekday call shifts per week
• Rotates a weekend regular shift plus call every 8 weeks
• Provide direct nursing care to patients undergoing GI/Endoscopy procedures
• Local candidates accepted at local rate within a 50-mile radius
• Returning staff/travelers must have a 1-year separation before returning to this facility
• Maximum RTO of 7 days per contract, with only 1 holiday request approved per contract
• Holiday coverage required for New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas
• Must complete lab work within 3-5 days of contract signing
• All compliance documents due 10 days prior to start date
