E. & J. Gallo Winery invites Master’s or PhD students to join the Wine growing Chemistry Research department for a 6‑month internship (July–December 2027). You will gain hands‑on experience in industrial research, evaluating grape chemistry, developing rapid testing methods, and applying advanced instrumentation in a winery setting.
You’ll work on modeling chemistry–sensory relationships and analyzing data with computer software, potentially traveling to other production sites during harvest.
