Responsibilities- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks.
- Engage with guests who need assistance to help solve their specific needs.
- Thank guests and communicate appreciation for shopping at Target.
- Execute daily tasks assigned by your leader to support goals aligned with business priorities, including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs for GM areas.
- Operate power equipment to move merchandise or store fixtures where certified.
- Execute processes such as changing product prices, merchandise setup and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed.
- Learn operational procedures related to merchandise setup, stock levels, and maintaining sales floor areas to impact inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
- Be knowledgeable about store resources, products, and services to solve guest issues and improve their experience.
- Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
- Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (picking/packing orders or delivering pickup orders) while complying with applicable laws and internal policies.
- All other duties based on business needs.

- You are open to a flexible schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak times).

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.
- Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established time frames.
- Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
- Ability to climb ladders; lift/move merchandise up to 44 pounds without assistance; frequent lifting or moving of merchandise may be required.
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; reliable attendance required.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions while performing duties (e.g., Drive-Up, carryout).
- Constant mobility during scheduled shift; shift length may vary.
