Store Manager, Retail & Store Manager

Store Manager role coordinates store operation including hiring, managing, and directing associates, achieving financial targets, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. This role includes an 8‑week store leadership training program.

• Operate the store and manage daily operations.
• Hire, manage, and direct associates to hit financial targets.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Implement policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations.
• Handle conflict resolution and maintain a positive workplace.

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50‑mile radius.
• Food Safety:
  Serve Safe certified.
• Physical requirements:
  
  lift up to 50 lbs., stand up to four hours, reach 36 inches; work in fast‑paced, hot environment.

Pay Range: $32 per hour - $35 per hour. Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
