Compensation potential: $41k-$88k

As a Retail Store and Operations Manager, you will be coaching, leading, and training your sales team with the goal of providing the best customer service experience. You will also hold one‑on‑one coaching sessions and motivate your staff to achieve both business and individual goals.

• Two (2) years of proven retail sales management experience, including interactive sales process and commissioned sales.
• Two (2) years of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams.
• The ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Achieve sales and profit goals; proactively analyze business needs, identify opportunities, and create/execute improvement plans.
• Market and advertise activities.
• Ability to communicate with and take instructions from leadership staff.
• Must be able to lift or move up to 20 lbs.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
