We offer five‑star quality pastries and drinks at affordable prices, and we are looking for Store Management Team Members to help us continue our growth.
Responsibilities- Take essential responsibility for the business performance of your store.
- Ensure all employees take breaks on time and organize and supervise employee shifts.
- Participate in management and personnel meetings.
- Check stock levels and maintain accurate supply records.
- Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health & safety.
- Carry out additional duties as store circumstances dictate.
- Coordinate cross‑training of store associates in Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar departments.
- Minimum of two (2) years of progressive experience in fast‑food or related food operations at a leadership level.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
- Good attendance and availability to work overtime when needed.
- Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts.
- Adapt and demonstrate a thorough understanding of the 85°C concept.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays.
This position requires moderate physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting. Employees must be able to stand and walk continuously, perform repetitive hand motions, and reach overhead. Exposure to extreme temperatures in coolers and freezers is possible.
