Field Sales Representative – AT&T
Join an elite group of sales professionals bringing customized, white‑glove experiences directly into the customer’s home. As a Field Sales Representative at AT&T, you will connect with customers, introduce the latest technology and services, and help them stay connected to what matters most.
ResponsibilitiesYou will be the face and voice of AT&T, working independently to deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments. Your day will include:
- Providing hands‑on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions
- Closing deals by offering upsell opportunities that enhance customer value and satisfaction
- Maintaining strong negotiation and communication skills to pivot smoothly and close sales
- Coaching, mentoring and using ongoing learning opportunities to stay tech‑savvy
- Preparing and attending customer appointments with AT&T’s scheduled prospects
- 1+ years of commission‑based sales experience; outside sales experience highly preferred
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in upselling techniques that increase customer value and satisfaction
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly
- Valid driver’s license; be ready to drive, as a company vehicle will be provided for official business use only
- Willingness to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, designed to meet customers on their timeline
- Employment contingent upon a successful background check, including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record
Weekly hours: 40. Time type:
Regular. Salary range: $61,800 – $100,000, dependent on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training, and the achievement of sales goals. Uncapped commission opportunities and top earners can exceed this range.
