Kaeser Compressors, Inc. is seeking an energetic, self‑driven person who has a desire to impact the world through lowering energy costs and providing technical solutions to our customers. As a Territory Manager you will have a geographic territory covering Stanford, San Jose, Los Altos, San Francisco, and surrounding areas. We provide internet‑generated leads, a large technical staff for support, and online and in‑class technical training and certifications.
Air travel is required for training only.
- Call on end‑customers in the territory to promote and sell energy‑saving air compressors and related equipment that significantly impact customers’ cost and electrical consumption.
- Acquire the knowledge and technical expertise needed to design and sell quality air systems.
- Represent Kaeser professionally at all times.
- Use a variety of Kaeser‑provided sales tools.
- Reach and maintain sales goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A mechanical aptitude.
- Proven time and territorial management skills.
- Clean driving record (required).
- PC literate, specifically Google Workspace (required).
We offer a competitive base plus commission/bonus pay ($85,000-$195,000, commensurate with experience and performance) and an excellent benefits package including profit sharing, a 401(k) plan, and a health and wellness program.
