A highly respected and established Central Valley organization is seeking an experienced Sales Arborist to join their growing Tree Services Division. This family-oriented company has proudly served the community for over 50 years and is built on integrity, long term relationships, faith-based values, and taking care of both employees and customers like family.

This is not your average estimator role. We are seeking a relationship driven professional who can blend arboriculture expertise, consultative sales, and business development into one impactful leadership position.

The right individual will inherit an established book of business and strong inbound demand while also helping expand commercial, HOA, municipal, and property management partnerships throughout the region.

• Meet with residential, HOA, municipal, and commercial clients to assess tree care needs
• Provide expert recommendations and prepare professional proposals
• Develop and grow long term client relationships throughout the Central Valley
• Expand commercial and municipal account partnerships
• Maintain high close ratios and exceptional customer service standards
• Collaborate closely with operations and field crews to ensure seamless project execution
• Utilize CRM and estimating systems to track pipeline activity and customer follow up
• Represent the company professionally at industry and community events

• Background in arboriculture, landscaping, tree services, outdoor services, or consultative B2B sales
• Strong relationship building and communication skills
• Experience developing new business and managing customer accounts
  
  Self-motivated professional with strong follow through and accountability
• Comfortable working both in the field and with executive level clients
• Valid California driver’s license with clean driving record
• ISA Certified Arborist credential strongly preferred or willingness to obtain within first 3–6 months

The expected base salary range for this position is $115,000 – $125,000 annually depending on experience, qualifications, certifications, and overall fit for the role. Additional bonus opportunities may be available.
