Responsibilities
- Represent the company to assigned key accounts. Interacts and communicates with the customer on a regular basis to determine changing needs and preferences. Communicates competitive advantage to customer contacts.
- Follow up to ensure that product and service requirements are fulfilled on a timely basis.
- Identify issues and potential concerns with the relationship and work to rectify. Investigate to resolve customer complaints within established guidelines or escalates to management for resolution.
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or related field and six (6) years sales experience; or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
