Job Summary
Full‑time Verizon Retail Sales Associate with responsibility to generate retail sales, expand Verizon network, and provide top‑down solutions to customers. This role offers base pay, commission, and benefits starting day one.
ResponsibilitiesGenerate retail sales using passion for cutting‑edge technology and customer service.
Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking right questions.
Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide complete sales solutions.
Close sales with effective communication skills.
Continuously develop skills through ongoing training and operational functions across merchandising and inventory.
Grow customer base through outbound outreach (calls/texts) to existing Verizon customers.
Engage community outside the store, including off‑site Verizon‑sponsored events.
Base pay: $16.00–$21.00 per hour, plus up to $18,000 a year in commissions if all sales goals are met. Top performers can earn an additional $14,500+ in commissions, with total earnings of $65,000–$75,500+ annually (varies by geography, hours, and performance).

One or more years of relevant experience (work or military).
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule known four weeks in advance).
Openness to additional shifts, especially during peak periods (summer, November–December).
Experience in a commission‑based environment.
Commercial sales experience communicating solutions to customers.
Customer service experience.
Worksite‑based role; onsite at a defined location. Weekly hours: 40.
