Outside Sales, Sales Representative
We are looking for a sales professional responsible for promotion and sale of Comcast products and services, including video, high-speed Internet, voice and XFINITY Home. The incumbent will demonstrate advanced knowledge of Comcast’s offerings, manage a dedicated sales territory, and exceed sales goals.
Core Responsibilities- Develop an advanced knowledge of Comcast products, promoting and selling offerings to individual customers by knocking every door within assigned territory.
- Effectively communicate and develop rapport with customers; evaluate existing and potential product needs and make recommendations.
- Possess expert knowledge of selling that reflects the required experience.
- Create and execute turf management plans independently, using experience-based sales techniques.
- Show confidence in selling ability and demonstrate competent time management and organizational skills.
- Meet and exceed sales goals as established by local market; independently establish and organize daily sales activities.
- Generate business through approved lead generation methods and implement effective sales closing techniques.
- Show consistent record of success in residential canvassing sales environment with emphasis on B2C sales.
- Display thorough and advanced understanding of video, high-speed internet, voice, and XFINITY Home.
- Possess effective communication, organizational and people skills, and strong customer service skills.
- Illustrate strong technical capability (computer, billing system, databases).
- Meet physical requirements, including walking/traveling door-to-door in all weather conditions.
- Obtain and maintain any required credentials or licenses for selling or designing alarm systems, as required by law.
- Exhibit independent judgment and discretion in significant matters.
- Maintain regular, punctual attendance; work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Base Pay: $61,000.00
Standard target compensation (Base Pay + Targeted Commission): $86,500.00
