Outside Sales Representative

Overview

Adecco Permanent Recruitment is partnering with a long-standing, privately held chemical company seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to support a large, high-performing Central Valley territory
.

This is an established book of business with a strong customer base, meaningful revenue volume, and continued opportunity for growth. The role is heavily field-based and best suited for someone who enjoys being in front of customers, managing long-term relationships, and identifying new business opportunities across industrial and facility-based accounts.

A few highlights:

• Large, profitable Central Valley territory with an existing customer base and strong growth potential
• Territory includes areas around Modesto, Manteca, Tracy, Stockton, Turlock, and surrounding markets
• Outside sales role with regular customer visits and territory ownership
• Ideal for someone with 7-10+ years of B2B sales experience in diesel, industrial, chemical, water treatment, sanitation, fuel/lubricants, industrial gases, MRO, equipment, or similar technical/product-based sales
• Customer base may include manufacturing, food/ag, industrial, facility, and plant-level environments
• Strong compensation package including competitive base salary, car allowance, and incentive plan
• Great fit for someone who is relationship-driven, proactive, hands-on, and comfortable growing a territory like their own business

• $120K–$180K+ OTE
