Service Sales Representative - First Aid and Safety

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Service Sales Representative - First Aid and Safety to sell and service customers in a manner that exceeds their expectations.

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
• Replace used and/or outdated products.
• Service any safety equipment that requires periodic maintenance.
• Up‑sell products that benefit the customer and ensure OSHA compliance.

• Valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED.

• Sales experience.
• Customer service experience.

A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $45,000 and $90,000 per year, consisting of base salary plus earned commissions. The range reflects factors such as skill set, experience, training, performance, and other organizational needs.
