Member Experience Associate is primarily responsible for delivering outstanding service and value to our Members through genuine care, personal service, and meeting needs and expectations across multiple branch locations. The Associate is directly accountable for achieving individual sales targets and supporting overall branch success as an individual contributor. The position rotates between branches depending on business needs.
ResponsibilitiesPerform fundamental customer interactions including Member Services and product sales, while maintaining knowledge and proficiency with AAA products and adhering to standard operating procedures and compliance.
Responsibilities include:
consulting sales techniques to uncover needs, presenting solutions, closing opportunities, promoting AAA services to meet individual and branch goals, and adapting services to each branch environment.

Ensure process implementation, compliance, and efficiency to meet objectives and support branch goals.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2–4 years of work experience, with at least 1 year in a sales role.
- Sales experience required; experience in insurance, retail, hospitality, service industries, or call centers valued.
- Strong communication, teamwork, adaptability, willingness to travel, and flexibility to cover shifts at multiple locations.
- Bonding/fingerprinting and P&C licensing may be required depending on branch needs.
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding defined sales standards and goals.
- Experience in customer service.
- Spanish language proficiency (bilingual).
Physical Requirements
The role is performed in branch office environments. Tasks include standing, walking, or sitting at a desk or computer for extended periods; occasional lifting up to 15 pounds; and use of a video display terminal for most of the work. The Associate must be available to work on Saturdays and may travel between locations by car or other means.
Compensation$23 per hour for the Modesto Branch, with additional commissions. Starting rates vary by region, ranging from $23.00 to $26.95 hourly. The position is subject to an incentive plan that includes commissions, and most employees are expected to earn between $270 and $3,500 in incentives annually, contingent on performance.
