Overview

Sunglass Hut is a part of Essilor Luxottica, a global leader in eyewear design, manufacture and distribution. This role is for a Casual Part-Time Sales Associate at Sunglass Hut MACYS. The position focuses on delivering an authentic, energetic customer experience and helping customers find premium eyewear.

As a Sales Associate, you will bring a welcoming, enthusiastic experience to all customers and support their eyewear purchases.

• Drive sales and build relationships by connecting with customers and helping them find products that meet their needs.
• Become a vision expert by offering tailored advice and recommending eyewear solutions that fit each customer’s lifestyle and preferences.
• Learn and grow through hands-on training and collaboration with experienced professionals to provide top-tier service.
• Collaborate with your team and leadership to maintain a positive, supportive environment where everyone contributes to success.
• Create a welcoming store atmosphere by keeping the store clean, organized, and visually appealing for a seamless shopping experience.
• Foster inclusion and respect for both customers and colleagues.

• Passion for customer service; retail or customer service experience is a plus, but enthusiasm for helping others is key.
• Sales savvy with the ability to engage customers and drive sales in a dynamic environment.
• Tech-savvy and detail-oriented; comfortable using technology to enhance the customer experience and maintain transaction accuracy.
• Interest in eyewear and fashion trends with the ability to help customers find their perfect look.
• Self-motivated and adaptable; able to thrive in fast-paced settings and continuously learn and grow.

Pay Range: 16.90 - 19.78 per hour. Eligible for a competitive bonus and/or commission plan as part of a total rewards package. Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off, and employee discounts. Local pay is determined by geography, experience, qualifications, and minimum wage requirements.
