Compensation Range$18.00 – $18.90 per hour. Compensation is determined based on experience, skills, qualifications and the specific location. Actual pay may differ.

What You Will Do
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care
- Complete and document guest and associate work orders
- Diagnose and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
- Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals
- Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment (laundry, kitchen, small appliances)
- Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties
- Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience (hotel maintenance preferred)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to bend, squat, walk, and stand for extended periods
- HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus
