Mallory Safety & Supply is Hiring a Service Technician!
Here we grow again! Mallory continues to grow by 15-18% year after year. Due to this continued growth, we are looking to welcome a new Service Technician to support our Service team. Our service team plays a critical role in helping customers maintain and repair the equipment that keeps their employees safe. Because we provide onsite services to customers, flexibility is required for occasional earlier start times or later end times depending on customer schedules and project needs.
As a Service Technician, your overall objective will be to meet the needs of our customers by inspecting, maintaining, assembling, and repairing life-saving industrial safety equipment. This role combines hands-on mechanical work, customer service, technology, and operations support. You'll spend time both in our facility and at customer locations throughout the region.

How You Can Make an Impact Assemble, inspect, service, and repair life-saving industrial safety equipment
Travel to customer locations throughout the local area to perform inspections, maintenance, and service work Build and maintain positive customer relationships while serving as a professional representative of Mallory Utilize order entry and service software to document repairs, inspections, and customer needs
Pick, organize, and put away parts and inventory needed for service work Assist with shipping and receiving activities to support daily operations
Complete ongoing internal and external training programs to expand technical knowledge and certifications
Collaborate with team members on service projects, customer initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts
