Night Sprayer - Ag Tractor Driver

Salary: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Shift: Graveyard (night shift), Sunday – Thursday, 5–6 days a week, typically 8–10 hours.

• Spray vegetable crops using the correct type and quantity of pesticide.
• Drive a tractor and trailer tank safely each day.
• Fill spray tanks with correct chemicals.
• Change or remove pesticide signs from fields.
• Dispose of empty chemical containers safely and properly.
• Wash tractors and equipment, and fill out required forms.
• Understand basic working conditions around vegetable crops.
• Perform other farm‑related work as needed.

• Valid driver’s license.
• 1–3 years of recent pesticide application experience.
• 1–3 years of recent tractor driver experience.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.
• Ability to work full agricultural schedule.
• Knowledge of pesticides preferred.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and unit conversions.
• Ability to understand Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
