Community Holdings is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Dignity Village in Modesto, CA. The role performs repairs across plumbing, painting, carpentry, electrical, and general maintenance, and handles building, grounds, and amenities upkeep.
On-call after hours emergencies are required to respond quickly. The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED, at least 2 years in maintenance or handyman work, and must be comfortable using power and hand tools as well as lawn equipment.
